General remarks
Personal data
Personal data means individual details on the personal or factual circumstances of a specific natural person or one that can be identified. That includes information such as your real name, your address, your telephone number, your position and your company. Information that is not directly connected with your real identity - such as the number of users of a site - does not constitute personal data.
Gathering and processing personal data
Server logging
Every visit to the pages of this website is recorded and saved in the so-called server log files. This data exclusively serves the purpose of a technical analysis of the use of the server and ensuring security.
Specifically, we gather the following data in the process:
- The requesting host address (IP address)
- The date and time of access
- The name of the file accessed
- The http status code
- The volume of data transmitted
- The web page from which the file was requested
- The browser/operating system/user interface
This data is processed for the purpose of enabling use of the website (establishing a connection), the system security, the technical administration of the network infrastructure and to optimise the online content. The IP address is only evaluated if the network infrastructure is accessed.
It is not passed on to third parties, either free of charge or for a fee.
Legal basis for gathering the data:
The processing is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Opportunity to object:
Since this data is absolutely necessary in order to provide the website, no opportunity to file an objection exists.
The exchange of data and the passing on of personal data to third parties
In order to be able to provide our website on the Internet, we commission various service providers. When selecting our service providers, we pay utmost attention to ensuring that they likewise comply with the statutory provisions on data protection and conclude corresponding agreements on contract data processing with them (Art. 28 GDPR).
At the request of law enforcement agencies, we pass your data on without your express consent, if concrete evidence of any illegitimate or abusive conduct exists and if it is necessary in order to unveil any illegitimate use of our services or for the purpose of prosecution.
The legal basis for such transmission is, in such cases,
Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest on the part of the controller).
Newsletter
When you subscribe to the newsletter, your e-mail address is used for our own promotional purposes, until such time as you unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time. To unsubscribe from the mailing list, please click on the unsubscribe link that can be found at the end of every newsletter.
Legal basis for this gathering and use of data:
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR
Opportunities to object:
• Using the unsubscribe link:
Every marketing e-mail and every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link at the end. By clicking on the link, your objection is automatically registered in our systems and the unsubscribing is carried out. Since this involves a technical procedure, which may take a number of days to become effective, you may, in certain circumstances, still receive one more newsletter or marketing e-mail, for the last time.
• By e-mail:
Please e-mail abmeldung(at)jochen-schweizer-corporate.de, requesting to be unsubscribed.
• By post:
Please send an informal notification by post to Jochen Schweizer Corporate Solutions GmbH, Ludwig-Bölkow-Allee 1, D-82024 Taufkirchen
Note: If you do not wish to receive any more advertising and insist on your data being deleted, we are statutorily obliged to have all the data that we have stored on you deleted. If, within the context of what is statutorily permissible, we use e-mail or postal addresses of address brokers, it may occur again that you again receive advertising material from us. For this reason, we recommend blocking your data (objecting to advertising), as an alternative to deleting it. Using our blocked list, we can then check, prior to each despatch of advertising material, that no e-mail or postal addresses are written to, the owners of which have declared an objection to receiving advertising material from us. We then no longer use your data for any other purpose.

IP anonymization
We have activated the function of IP anonymisation on this website. Your IP address is thereby truncated by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area, prior to being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on the website activities and provide website operators with further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other data of Google.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser accordingly, however we would like to point out that, in such a case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in their entirety. By using this website, you declare that you are in agreement with the processing of the data about you recorded by Google in the manner described above and for the purpose specified above. This website uses the Google-Analytics reports on demographic features, where data from interest-related advertising of Google, as well as visitor data of third party providers (e.g. based on age, sex and interests), is used. This data cannot be attributed to a particular person and may be deactivated via the display settings at any time.

A cookie is placed on your computer or mobile device for that purpose, which enables Google to recognise your device again, even after you have left our web pages, and display advertising messages concerning our offer to you.
Legal basis for this gathering and use of data:
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (by means of cookie banners), or alternatively Art. 6(1)(F) GDPR.

In the process, a pseudonymous identification number (ID) is assigned to your browser, in order to check which advertisements have been shown in your browser and which advertisements were accessed. The cookies do not contain any personal information. The use of the DoubleClick cookies only enables Google and its partner websites to display advertisements based on previous visits to our website or other websites on the Internet. The information generated by the cookies is transmitted by Google to a server in the USA and stored there. Data is only transmitted by Google to third parties based on statutory provisions or within the scope of order data processing. Google will never associate your data with any other data captured by Google.
